The Church Year

This section is incomplete as it is under construction, but it is worth navigating around it as there is plenty of stuff already there.

The Church Year

The church year is divided into seasons.

There is a separate page for each season with each page providing information, pictures and links relevant to the season. In this way you will find a shortcuts to worship, activity, pictures, etc, regarding what is important to us at St Thomas'.

These pages are 'living' in a number of ways ;

  1. They represent what we as a parish are really about
  2. They are constantly updated and improved as the parish develops
  3. Members of the parish are responsible for their own sections in the seasons, and control the changing content

The seasons are extremely variable in length, for example, 'Trinity' extends for about half of the calendar year.
