Laying on of hands, with or without anointing and prayer for healing of spirit, emotions and body are available in the South Transept (to the right of the pulpit) immediately after 10.30am Sunday Worship. Margaret Taylor and Judy Kane have been authorised by Bishop Nigel to be Communion Assistants, administering the Blood of Christ during worship at St Thomas’. This follows the request of our Church Council. We are grateful for Margaret and Judy’s willingness to offer for this role. “Living as a Faith Minority” in UK, Pakistan, etc. The Revd Rana Khan, Interfaith Assistant to the Archbishop of Canterbury, will introduce the topic. Coffee Concerts at Manchester Cathedral: Saturdays at 11am in the Cathedral. Violin and cello by Bach on September 17, organ on October 15, string quartet on November 19. Poster in the porch.
