# Welcome

Welcome to the home page of St. Thomas' Church, Werneth - on the Coppice, in Oldham.  It is one of many parish churches in Diocese of Manchester and the Church of England.

We work closely with the parish of [St. Paul, Oldham.](https://stpaulsoldham.org.uk)

## The Notices

**Income Survey** (a) Are you aged 18  or over? (b) Is this your normal place of worship?  (c) Have you attended 12 or more times in the last 12 months?  If so, please complete an Income Survey form and put it in the box.  Thank you.

**Harvest Festival** Thanks for your generous donations!

**Pointing & Stonework** The work will continue until November.  Activities take place as normal!

**English Class** takes place on Thursday at 11:30 am.

**Music** We are looking for a variety of music to play in church services.  If you have any suggestions, please email Nick.

## Experience Christmas

will return this year at St Thomas's Werneth on Monday 7th, Tuesday 8th Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th December.

Can you volunteer to support this activity?

Approximately 60 children and staff from local primary schools will attending each day at 10.00 am and 1.30 pm.

The five stations require a coordinator and several volunteers.

If you can help, please speak to Revd Nick or any of the clergy.

If you would like to look around St. Thomas' Church with a group or by yourself, please contact Revd. Nick Andrewes to make arrangements on the number below.  Alternatively, you are welcome to do so while the church is open on a Thursday or a Sunday morning.
